Because our work involves time, planning and customised execution, refunds are generally not available once a project has started. However, in the cases below, we may consider a partial refund:
If the project has not yet begun and no resources have been used.
If both parties mutually agree to discontinue the project before significant work has been completed.
The following payments are non-refundable:
Consultation or strategy fees.
Upfront deposits.
Completed milestones, delivered work or approved drafts.
Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, ads or software tools.
If you choose to cancel a project:
All completed work up to the cancellation date must be paid in full.
Any unpaid invoices become immediately due.
If you’re unhappy with the work, we encourage you to contact us directly. We will review the issue and offer revisions as outlined in the project agreement.
