Payments

  • All fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule.

  • Deposits and completed milestones are non-refundable.

  • Third-party expenses (domains, ads, hosting, tools) must be paid by the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback and access to required assets. Delays in communication may extend delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property

  • All work remains our property until full payment is received.

  • After payment, completed deliverables become the client’s property unless otherwise stated.

  • Our brand name, website content, graphics and code are protected and cannot be copied or redistributed.

Confidentiality

We handle all shared information responsibly. Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive project or business details without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses resulting from delays, third-party failures, inaccurate client data or misuse of delivered work. All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools or integrations to complete projects. Their performance, reliability or policy changes are outside our control.

Revisions and Scope

Revisions are provided as per the project agreement. Any additional requests or scope changes may require extra time and cost.

Termination

Either party may end the project with written notice. The client must pay for all completed work and any applicable third-party costs.
